Hi, I'm Liz. 

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in training based in Marshfield, WI. I've lived in rural areas most of my life and understand the ideals + challenges of small town, Midwest tough culture + values.

I believe everyone has a story, but that many of us are disconnected from our stories. We often disregard symptoms and struggles that could be healed through an empathetic + respectful relationship with a counselor. 

Education about our brains, nervous systems, + relational patterns and starting to feel emotions can help us be more grounded and healthy.  

Our stories matter, and our mental + emotional health shapes everything about our lives.
